I had marinated and cooked the chicken two nights back and froze them. Now taking them out to make as a sandwich along with fresh tomatoes and a slice of cheese.
I packed myself lunch and dinner for tomorrow. But trying to find a convenient and conducive way of packing them without have to carry a tupperware. First one i tried was the baking paper, but as much as that would serve the purpose, it needs to be joined so it doesn’t fall apart. So hence next time (learning from mistake here), I’m just going to use aluminum foil. (I’m not sure whether it’s eco-friendly but gonna check that out now.
