I tried a few applications on Facebook, that is suppose to monitor my workout schedule but unfortunately they weren’t working so well. One was the Training application and another was the ‘My Die’ application. While convenient, since I’m on facebook most of the time. It wasn’t very conducive since, it couldn’t really monitor my progress very well. So instead i’m trying this new web service called Gyminee.

Gyminee allows you to motivate and keep track of your fitness level. Like so in what they call the Locker Room. Hahaha so suitable.

I just signed up on it yesterday so going to give it a proper try. The good thing that i like about this site, is the fact that not only does is already have set workouts you can choose you can also personalise them. And on top of that, for each workout there are videos along with description to show you how to do the movement.

As such. You get to add in your own exercises too. How cool. To my workout enthusiasts readers and friends. Do check it out.

Did i mention you can also create support groups to motivate you or your friends. They also have a gyming community you can link up with. So it is not just about working out, it’s the next level. You are bringing virtual friends in to motivate you too. Pretty cool.
