I really really need to get back into some good habits.

  1. I should be actually going back to the gym more often, I’m wasting the cash ouch… RM175 a month goes to Fitness First as my constant donation if I don’t actually use it as much as I should. Peh! Last time I went to the gym… it was last week at least..but only for one day… which i immediately blew up as that was the same time I had cupcake frenzy.. ish!
  2. Read more. I’ve got a few books up on the shelf and yeah I think that some reading is needed to just give me a different pace to life. I miss reading, even if i did enjoy reading loads of romance novels (hey it ain’t so bad), it’s fun to just have some not much of a brain-er book to kick back.
  3. Lastly one that I really really really need. Is some quality time away with God. I’ve been away to long, and as much as i know He’s with me, but He’s calling me to rethink on life and to make sure that I really am walking in His steps.

So putting up a post like this. Will mean I’m holding myself to these three things and make sure I go ahead to follow up with them. Wish me all the best. :)
