Boss Stewie or rather Timothy has just came up with a new post on one of his favourite games of all time which you can read about here. Popping on over to his blog, I was greeted with as his opening line.

“Look… I have had enough of your stupid computer games!!! You spend 8 hours a day in this smokey cybercafe and no time with me!!! You are going to have to choose. Counter-strike or ME!!! You can’t have both!!! SO PICK NOW!!”

When one of my ex-girlfriends asked me that before she became my ex, I knew that computer games had become a HUGE part of my life.

My answer to her was

Now that was not what his post was about but, I think that can pretty much sorta of gather what I’m tryin to get at with this post. I like games.. I do.. really I do. I like having fun with them, I like having a break with them and I like getting to whack people to  a pulp or just showing off how good I can be with Guitar Heroes (I’m exaggerating :P ). But yes I do love games.

However.. big big big HOWEVER!

I’m not in favour of how a guy would actually spend so much of time with his computer games and ignore the girl completely! After having read that introduction on Tim’s blog… it left me with a gapping hole of a question. I turned towards Mister G next to me and I asked him.. he’s playing Guild Wars by the way at this point..

Me: Hon…

Him: Yes

Me: Say if you had to pick or choose… would you pick your game or me?

Him: Haannng oonn (he’s in the midst of trying to talk to someone on his guild here)

Me:…… (still waiting)…

Him:…. Yes…. (He has now gone into the battle field)

Me:.. Huh? Yes what?

Him: sigh hon you know I can’t multitask (His eyes and head are fixed to the game screen)

Me: Which would you pick… The game or me?

Him: Of course I’ll pick you ( He’s still staring at the computer screen here while saying that and still playing madly)

Me:………………..

Just what is my take on this? Sigh I do not know at all… Maybe I can console myself with the fact that at least he answered instead unlike Tim, that he’d pick me… even though he was staring at the screen the whole time, didn’t even lift his head or turn it to look or answer me… At least he answered… ngeh??????
